Howdy Pardners!!
This is an exciting and absolutely amazing place to shoot pictures. You can smell and feel the Old West as you drive around the bend on this property to see this amazing replica of an old Western Town. The grounds are rich with old buildings, textures, props and even an old piano that will make your heart skip a beat! This unique town has endless photographic possibilities!! You won't find any prop "cut-out" store fronts, you can walk into each building and there are endless shots from endless angles. Pretty good chance we will have some folks stopping by on their horses also, which adds another dimension to the shoot.
The ?Old West? town makes you feel like you stepped back in time!
This meetup will happen on a private property, and we will be the only group in the Town. I will send out the exact location a few days before the event to those who will be attending. It is in the Pickering/Uxbridge area. There will be a charge of 10 dollars to cover the cost of renting the town.
Since this is a long shoot - please feel free to bring a lawn chair and something to eat as well as drink. Don't forget to bring along your cowboy hat and boots!!! A few models dressed in Western wear will be joining us.
We will have the "Town" from 5 pm to 10 pm. The town lights will be turned on at dusk.
Now for the weather - please check back on the meetup site the day of the shoot. I'm not anticipating rain! :)
When I was at this site last week - I took ahem - 400 plus shots - and I've posted some of them in an album on our meetup site. Just imagine the possibilities!
Look forward to seeing you there!
